 After his return from battle of Siffin


Pray:-

I praise and glorify Allah, His blessings should be fulfilled, to bow down to His honor and glory and seek protection from his sins and I ask Him for help because I am in need of His sufficiency and handiwork which He He who guides does not go astray. Those on whom his favors have always continued cannot be equal to him. They are the foundation of religion and pillars of belief. The one who goes ahead has to turn back towards them and the one who is left behind has to come and meet them. The characteristics of the right of guardianship are for them and the will of the Prophet about them and the inheritance of the Prophet. Now this is the time that the right returned to its people and moved to its rightful place.


خطبه ۲ صفین سے پلٹنے کے بعد فرمایا




اللہ کی حمد وثناء کرتا ہوں ، اس کی نعمتوں کی تکمیل چاہئے اس کی عزت و جلال کے آگے سر جھکانے اور اُس کی معصیت سے حفاظت حاصل کرنے کیلئے اور اُس سے مدد مانگتا ہوں اُس کی کفایت و دستگیری کا محتاج ہونے کی وجہ سے جسے وہ ہدایت کرے وہ گمراہ نہیں ہوتا ، جسے وہ دشمن رکھے، اُسے کہیں ٹھکانہ نہیں ملتا ، جس کا وہ کفیل ہو ، وہ کسی کا محتاج نہیں رہتا یہ (حمدہ اور طلب امداد ) وہ ہے جس کا ہر وزن میں آنے والی چیز سے پلہ بھاری ہے اور ہر گنج گراں مایہ سے بہتر و برتر ہے۔ میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ اللہ کے علاوہ کوئی معبود نہیں جو یکتا و لاشریک

ہے۔ ایسی کسی کہ گواہی جس کا خلوص پرکھا جا چکا ہے اور جس کا نچوڑ بغیر کسے شائبے کے دل کا عقیدہ بن چکا ہے۔ زندگی بھر  اس سے وابستہ رہیں گے اور اسی کو پیش آنے وا لے خطرات کے لئے ذخیرہ بنا کر رکھیں گے یہی گواہی ایمان کی مضبوط بنیاد اور حسن عمل کا پہلا قدم اور اللہ کی خوشنودی کا ذریعہ اور شیطان کی دوری کا سبب ہے اور یہ بھی گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ محمد اس کے عبد اور رسول ہیں جنہیں شہرت یافتہ دین، منقول شدہ نشان لکھی ہوئی کتاب، ضوفشاں نور، چمکتی ہوئی روشنی اور فیصلہ کن امر کیساتھ بھیجا تا کہ شکوک و شبہات کا ازالہ کیا جائے اور دلائل (کے زور ) سے حجت تمام کی جائے ۔ آیتوں کے ذریعے ڈرایا جائے اور عقوبتوں سے خوف زدہ کیا جائے (اس وقت حالت یہ تھی کہ ) لوگ ایسے فتنوں میں مبتلا تھے، جہاں دین کے بندھن شکستہ، یقین کے ستون متزلزل ، اصول مختلف اور حالات پراگندہ تھے۔ نکلنے کی راہیں تنگ و تاریک تھیں۔ ہدایت گمنام اور ضلالت ہمہ گیر تھی ۔ ( کھلے خزانوں ) اللہ کی مخالفت ہوتی تھی اور شیطان کو مدد دی جا رہی تھی۔ ایمان بے سہارا تھا۔ چنانچہ اس کے ستون گر گئے اس کے نشان تک پہچاننے میں نہ آتے تھے۔ اس کے راستے مٹ مٹا گئے، اور شاہراہیں اجڑ گئیں، وہ شیطان کے پیچھے لگ کر اس کے راہوں پر چلنے لگے اور اس کے گھاٹ پر اتر پڑے۔ انہی کی وجہ سے اس کے پھریرے ہر طرف لہرانے لگے تھے ایسے فتنوں میں جو انہیں اپنے سموں سے روندتے اور اپنے گھروں سے کچلتے تھے اور اپنے پنجوں کے بل مضبوطی سے کھڑے ہوئے تھے تو وہ لوگ ان میں خیران و سرگرداں، جاہل و فریب خوردہ تھے۔ ایک ۔ ایسے گھر

میں جو خود اچھا، مگر اُس کی بسنے والے بڑے تھے جہاں نیند کی بجائے بیداری اور سرمے کی جگہ آنسو تھے اس سرزمین پر عال کے منہ میں لگام تھی اور جاہل معزز اور سرفراز تھا۔ اس خطبہ کا ایک حصہ جو اہلبیت نبی سے متعلق ہے ) وہ سر خدا کے امین اور اس کے دین کی پناہ گا ہیں علم الہی کے مخزن اور حکمتوں کے مرجع ہیں۔ کتب (آسمانی) کی

 گھاٹیاں اور دین کے پہاڑ ہیں۔ انہی کے ذریعے اللہ نے اس کی پشت کا خم سیدھا کیا اور اس کے پہلوؤں سے ضعف کی کپکپی  دور کی۔ اس خطبہ کا ایک حصہ جو دوسروں سے متعلق ہے ) انہوں نے فسق و فجور کی کاشت کی غفلت و فریب کے پانی سے اس امت میں کسی کو آل محمد پر قیاس نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔ جن لوگوں پر ان کے احسانات ہمیشہ جاری رہے ہوں وہ ان کے برابر نہیں ہو سکتے ۔ وہ دین کی بنیاد اور یقین کے ستون ہیں۔ آگے بڑھ جانے والے کو ان کی طرف پلٹ کر آنا ہے اور پیچھے رہ جانے والے کو ان سے آکر ملنا ہے ۔ حق ولایت کی خصوصیات انہی کے لئے ہیں اور انہی کے بارے میں پیغمبر کی وصیت اور انہی کے لئے (نبی کی وراثت ہے۔ اب یہ وقت وہ ہے کہ حق اپنے اہل کی طرف پلٹ آیا اور اپنی صحیح جگہ پر منتقل ہو گیا ۔
